Social studies awareness is an outcome of day-to-day experiences within our own community and beyond. Our children gain a rich multicultural mindfulness by aspiring to:

• Explore the roles, traditions and customs of families 
• Develop an understanding of neighborhoods and communities 
• Participate in activities that embrace the cultures within their classrooms, community and the world
